In The effort to increase soybean production, various treatments can be applied, one of which is cultivation in spacing between the plants adjusted obtain ideal production. Spacing determined depending on seed growth, soil fertility, season, and variety plants. Apart from spacing, use compound fertilizer also very important growth production One way reduce costs improve crop yield quality applying a such as NPK Mutiara (16:16:16). (16:16:16) has balanced composition nutrients dissolves slowly until end process. purpose this study discover effect plant dosage fertilizer, best interaction dosage, (Glycine max (L) Merrill). research was conducted farmer’s experimental garden, Jalan Eka Suka 11, Pangkalan Mansur Village, Medan Johor District, at height ± 15 meters above sea level. method used factorial randomized block design (RBD) with first factor being second -factor dosage. results show that both have significant number branches. highest height, 75.50 cm, obtained using treatment J3 (40 cm x 40 spacing), compared other two treatments. lowest 61.08 J1 (30 30 spacing). branches seen K3, 7.00 stalks, while found K0, 6.03 stalks.
